Binary Bits began in 2002 as a design studio based on creating the most robust social application for web. Our partners, Antonio Evans and Blanca Valbuena, work directly with the clients for the full life-cycle of the project.

Antonio Evans, Partner

Antonio Evans is an experienced technology executive and entrepreneur with over 15 years in experience. At the age of 24, Antonio created the B2B technology consulting firm of Anvan Inc. Anvan is responsible for technologies and initiatives for such clients as Verizon, AOL and various other IT and telecommunications pioneers. Antonio has been variously described as focused, creative, passionate, sincere, fun and dynamic. His creative edge has fueled Binary Bits with the spirit of the true core of what the web was created for, allowing people to communicate. In 2006, he coined the term to describe his website as a “social engine”. Invoking the connectivity between dynamic interconnecting systems that not only fuel the best website but the best communities

Currently, Antonio lives in Hoboken, NJ with his dog Petey.

Blanca Valbuena, Partner

Blanca Valbuena is the Chief Content Architect and Vice President of marketing at FriendsEAT.com. She is the current editor of the Foodie Blog, providing the community of FriendsEAT.com with a spiritual center for the web site. Before joining Binary Bits in 2006, Blanca worked as a Wine and Spirits Publicist. There, she developed and implemented major projects on providing un-hyped and accessible wine information to the public. Aside from assisting restaurants and wine shops with their selections, Blanca also hosted social, corporate and charity wine tasting events. Blanca has also worked with Bacardi USA and Nordstrom in client relations. Blanca attended Rutgers University studying Art History. Since communication is her motto, she speaks 3 languages (English, Spanish and French) and is working on her fourth (Japanese).

She currently lives in NJ where she can delight in a great meal at any time.
