1Prepare your ingredients: 2tbsp. brown sugar, 3 tsp. soy sauce, 1 teaspoon salt and pepper, 1 medium size lemon, 2 pork tenderloins, 3 tbsp. olive oil, 3 tsp butter, 1/4 cup of flour, 3 tbsp cream of mushroom, 1 can button mushroom (small)

2In a mixing bowl, mix the first five ingredients. Rub it all over the tenderloin, and refrigerate for 12 hours.

3In a skillet, heat 3 tbsp. olive oil over medium heat. Sear the tenderloin for 10 minutes per side. You could cook it longer depending on how well you want it to be done. Place the meat on a plate lined with paper towels. Set aside.

4For the sauce, heat butter in a skillet. add flour and mix well until it has dried up. Add 3 cups of water. Boil until it is half the amount. Add button mushroom, salt and pepper to taste. Finally add the cream of mushroom. Simmer for 20 minutes

5Slice the tenderloin as desired. Plate and drizzle generously with sauce.
Tips and Warnings
Make sure the pan is hot enough before you sear the loins.
Garnish with parsley.
Goes well with red wine.

Mmmm... tenderloins! I like to marinate them a bit at room temperature with a bit of wine, garlic and worcester sauce.

The duration varies for different thickness of tenderloin. It will be better if the recipe states the rough timings of different thickness.

Too Many Steps, TMI, this is a recipe not a how to. How to Cook? BBQ? Pan Fry? Broil? is this a 1in 8oz? What if your Rub isn't how I like my Tenderloin? what if I prefer a marinade? Say Beer Marinade & a Smoker?
