Body language is actually the most effective way to convey a message to others. Of course, talking is easy and you can just say what you feel or what you want to. However, your body language may say otherwise.
As the famous quote goes, "Action speaks louder than words," body language signs affect communication to others tremendously. Surely it would be confusing if you say "no" to someone but you are nodding. Confusion will definitely arise if your words contradict your actions.
Simply put, body language is a form of communication that does not use words. Even though you don't say anything, your action can reveal so much, although there are several signs of body language that may be misunderstood. Either way, making use of your body language will absolutely help in getting your real message effectively.
