How do we understand sign language translation

It should be very simple than complicated signs. Easy or simple sign is better to understand fast.

The other person whom the message is conveyed should understand or know the sign language. In other words he/she should be educated about the sign language.

It should be break up. A complete sentence should not be translated at a short. It should be break into two or three for other to clearly understand it.
