How to Grill Corn on the cob

Corn is a famous plant food served ideally in almost every meal. It is very nutritious and rich in carbohydrates which gives energy to our body. It is used as one of the ingredients in cooking food or it can be served as it is in different styles of cooking. Grilling is just one of the famous way of cooking it. So here are the simple steps on how to grill corn on the cab.

    Find and purchase ears of corn that has its husk firmly attached. Look for the ones that are good in quality.

    Prepare a large bowl or any container big enough for the corn to be soaked in cold water for an hour or so.

    While you are soaking the corn, its time to prepare your grill and put it in at least 300 degrees in temperature.

    After soaking, remove ears of corn from the water and drain a little. Don't over drain for the more water left inside the husks the better would be the result.

    Put or place the un-husked corn on top of the grill and then close the lid for further grilling.

    Make sure that the grill vent is closed or at least cracked slightly for better grilling.

    Continue grilling corn in the husks for about at least 20 minutes for good result.

    Check corn if its already done by checking and opening the husks. Make sure that corn thoroughly heated but still crisp for better taste.
