    Take in a big gasp of air until your lungs fill up. Hold your breath for fifteen to twenty seconds. Repeat until hiccups stop.

    If this fails, try holding your breath for a minute without a gasp for air. Should this fail, attempt to have something/someone frighten you. Repeat as necessary.
