Listing references for a job is the most critical thing to do in any job application. They can give you good bearing toward getting a job. They can either give the interviewer the most positive feedback of your performance when you were still working in your previous company, however, they can also blow your chances off if they choose to give negative comments on you. These references are the people who have known you and how good you were in your tasks at your previous company, so employers would take their opinions and comments into consideration before they finally decide on your job application.
