1Lay two pieces of wood over each other to form a T-shape and nail them together with 2 nails.

2One piece of wood should be shorter than the other, approximately 2 feet while the longer piece should be around 3 feet.

3Hammer a nail about halfway through each end of the 2ft piece of wood and secure the elastic on both ends.
Tips and Warnings
You can use screws instead of nails, whichever is available to you. You can also use other materials such as square chopsticks or unsharpened pencils to make smaller crossbows. It will only take about 5 minutes to build this type of crossbow.
To shoot with your crossbow, take a clothes peg and fit it on the center of the elastic. Pull back the peg and let go when you have selected a target.
You can use other items for shooting with your crossbow. Be careful when using the tools for building the crossbow. Make sure that you do not use sharp objects to shoot a target or another person.
