If you are an active reader, then you are sure familiar with coupon inserts. Magazines and newspapers are good sources of coupons. One might collect these stuff as a hobby, but you can also collect coupon inserts as a means of saving or earning additional income.
Coupons may be used to purchase items or to have discounts on certain products. If you were able to collect more than what you need, then you might want to consider selling them for extra income. One ideal venue for selling these coupons is in eBay.com, an online auction site, which provides a perfect arena to increase the monetary worth of your coupons.
Below are simple steps on how to sell coupons via online auctions:

Most coupons expire quickly so you would have to calculate the shipping and selling times, so the coupon will still be active when the buyer receives it.

neat, interesting idea, but why would someone pay 4 or 5$ for an insert when they could buy the whole paper for a buck?
Posted 2011-04-07

Posted 2011-04-07
hmmm wow, ive never heard of selling a coupon. it saves you money when you go to buy somthing but why would you pay the money to buy them when you can use that money in place of the coupon.
Posted 2011-04-07
I like using coupons but I am not going to take the time to cut out coupons, post them on an internet site and take the time to mail them across the country. Seriously, why would people spend money to save money. Especially when there are coupon trading sites out there. Such as, www.hotcouponworld.com
Posted 2011-04-07
When I first read this I thought it would be a good idea to sell my old coupons on ebay, but now I think it would cost more money than make.
Posted 2011-04-07
purchasing a coupon doesn't make sense to me. If you were to buy a coupon doesn't that defeat the purpose in getting the discount?
Posted 2011-04-09
As we were informed... if you buy $70 worth of coupons that save you $1500... its worth it. ahhahaah EXTREME couponing. Aren't you glad I am a novice???

I'll keep in mind what the article is about and I will buy more magazines or newspapers to receive coupons.Maybe if I will have enough,I will try to sell them to make an income.
Posted 2011-04-07
Why would I take a gamble and pay for something which is suppose to save me money? Also it just seems curl to other people cause it's like I'm cheating them out of the savings!
Posted 2011-04-08
This is cool, I will try this on eBay soon!
Posted 2011-04-08
It is absolutely amazing what some people will actually buy on eBay!!!!!!
Posted 2011-04-08
Wow this makes since. Now I know where to find hard to get coupons, that aren't in the papers around here. And where and how to sell coupons that no one else has!
Posted 2011-04-08
still dont quite understand why people buy coupons unless they are stockpiling..which makes no sence to me all in its own..why not just get your own coupons out of the newspaper like everyone else does...seriously paying to save money....hmmmm?!?!?!
Posted 2011-04-08
Beejay, if the price that you're paying is less than what you will save or win with the coupon, it make sense, doesn't it?
Posted 2011-04-08
Wow! Didnt know you coudl sell coupons...I woudl try it but the only concern would be the marketability of them.
Posted 2011-04-08
coupons help decrease the price of an item
Posted 2011-04-08
it is useful to buy a coupon with great discounts
Posted 2011-04-08

the best site to buy a coupon is ebay
Posted 2011-04-08
amazon should sell coupons too because it is difficult to find coupons on ebay
Posted 2011-04-08
if you use a coupon on-line on the item that has free shipping you save a lot of time and money

Posted 2011-04-08
sometimes buying a coupon doesn't make sense
Posted 2011-04-08
which coupons do you think is good the dollar off one or the percent off?
Posted 2011-04-10
who would buy a coupon?
Posted 2011-04-10
This is such a bad idea. Yes, you may save a few bucks by buying a coupon, but adding in the time/energy/work its just not worth it.
Posted 2011-04-10
This sounds like I can save even more money each month and that is alot.
Posted 2011-04-10
I never realized people did this. I guess it's better than collecting them and spending 6x as much as you would on thngs you don't even need just so you can say "look how much I saved."
Posted 2011-04-11
interesting.
Posted 2011-04-11
Great atrticle on how to sell extra coupon you have with you. Quite useful atricle. Thanks for the info.
Posted 2011-04-11
Wow. I didn't know you could sell coupons. To me, it would make much more sense to just buy the sunday newspaper. I guess if people are willing to but them though, and you have them, it'd be nice to make a few extra bucks now and then.
Posted 2011-04-11
The whole idea of selling a promotion seems so impractical. Dont most coupons say, "Not for Resale?"
Posted 2011-04-11
no way, I'll pay 3 dollars for a coupon to save 50 dollars. especially if im about to go to the resteraunt
Posted 2011-04-11
wow i never thought of selling coupons
Posted 2011-04-12
I don't know how anyone has time to set up auctions for coupons! By the time I get around to it, they'd all expire! LOL
Posted 2011-04-12
Yes, I agree Deejay. Why buy a coupon? Not to mention the coupons I've seen say that they are not valid if sold.
Posted 2011-04-12
This sounds like a way to make some money but at the same time it sounds like it would take a lot of time
Posted 2011-04-12
why n the FUCK would someone pay money for a FUCKING COUPON?!?!?
Posted 2011-04-12
Ive always wanted to do this, after reading this i might just actually stop being so lazy and do it.
Posted 2011-04-13
I had no idea I could sell coupons. Right on.
Posted 2011-04-13
i do not think it is right to sell coupons , you get them for free in your mailbox and in the paper its just wrong
Posted 2011-04-13
Wow, I didn't know you could sell coupons!
Posted 2011-04-13
well.... I think you'll have to move fast... but I think that's a waste of time to look for coupons auctions....
Posted 2011-04-13
my boy friend collects coupons all the time that we never use , i tell him he is wasting his time but I guess now he can sell them
Posted 2011-04-13
it's sort of like selling the cupon books but home made ones LOL
Posted 2011-04-14
Wow who knew there was a market for clipped coupons? I guess it doesn't hurt to give it a shot, I am not very hopefully that anyone will be buying though.
