What is a Label Maker?

A label maker is a handheld device that can print labels. Often, they are the size of a larger calculator and have a full set of alphabet buttons. You type the text you want on your label, and then press print, and it prints it onto label paper. The label paper resembles a ribbon spool, and has paper on one side, and sticky adhesive material covered by waxy paper on the other. Just type, print and then peel and stick. Very convenient and with models typically priced at $25, they are a bargain.
