What is a Solar Flashlight?

A Solar Flashlight is a flashlight that uses a built-in solar cell to charge an internal battery of the flashlight. This gives the user the ability to use the flashlight without having to worry about changing the batteries. The solar cell can use just about any kind of light in order to charge the internal battery, although brighter light, like sunlight, usually works best.
