When we reviewed the website, it took 17.7 seconds to load. This was causing a higher
bounce rate and fewer conversions from donors.

Site Analysis And Back End Fixes
In order to address the speed issues on the website, we took the following actions:
- Crawl the website to look for the source of the speed error.
- Set up a dev server on WPengine to work on without endangering the live site.
- Fixed the Google Analytics and Google Console Implementation.
- Security scan of the site.
- Plugin updates.
- Test release.
- Release website update once approved by the client.

After the changes were implemented and released, the client saw the following improvements to their site:

- Number of sessions per user is up by 28%.
- Pages per session up by 1.5%.
