We have a simple and transparent work process. It varies a bit depending on the type of project we are working on, but for the most part, this is what you should expect:
- First, we have a consultation with the client. During this time, we will meet with you tin order to learn about your business, your goals, and challenges.
- 2. We will ask you for access to the systems that are necessary in order for us to figure out what is needed on your site.
- 3. Once we have identified the issues, we send you a proposal that includes the issues found, solutions we plan to put in place, an estimated timeline, the cost of the project and a payment schedule. If you agree, you can sign the project and we can get started.
- All the items outlined in your contract are then assigned out to the appropriate team member.
- You will be given access to our internal project management area where you can follow along as we address each task.
- Once the work is completed, it is sent for testing to our qc team. Once they approve the work, it is sent to you for final approval so we can mark the project as done.
- In some cases, for example, when we create a new website, we may also create tutorial videos for you and your team.

Binary Bits is a full-service house. We offer web development and design, Search engine optimization, search engine marketing, content marketing, server infrastructure, hosting and chatbots.

When you decide to work with Binary Bits, we will send you a detailed project outline with all deliverables clearly stated. If you agree with the deliverables, you can then sign the contract which will include these deliverables. We make everything clear and easy to understand.
It depends on the type of project you are embarking on. For example, if we are building a website for you, that project will be set up for payments by milestone. SEO and SEM work normally works on a 6-month contract where we charge a percentage of the total ad spend (the ad spend is separate from this). In case you need something that is a simple fix, say fixing an error that is causing your site to be slow, that will most likely be charged as a flat fee broken down into two payments (one at the start of the project and one at its successful completion).
