For this catering firm, Binary Bits created a custom search engine to allow potential customers to search a database of venues by location, event type, amenities, style, and feature. We created a powerful custom search utilizing WordPress toolset with enhancements executed with HTML and CSS coding, as well as all PHP, JavaScript, and jQuery functionality.
The client was looking to migrate from Wix to WordPress and to modernize this B2C website. The project involved spinning a test server, migrating the current website's content, updating the design, and implementing a scaleable SEO structure.
This non-profit website had a slow load time which was affecting time on page and Google rankings. The issue affecting the site was identified, a fix was applied in a test environment, and once approved, the site was made live with a significant speed improvement.
This community website was built for a Chef association to allow members to log into the site to update their professional pages and to engage privately through the back end.
This educational non-profit was looking to consolidate two existing websites while creating a front end for their brand. The job was executed in a test environment, and when released no SEO issues were detected and website traffic improved.

DISCOVERY
In order to create the best online solution for our clients, we need to understand their business. Before starting any project, we always request a meeting with the client in order to keep their goals and objectives in mind through every step of the process.
AUDIT
We perform a full audit of both technical aspects (architecture, code, speed & mobile compatibility) as well as the content. With this information in hand, we develop a proposal detailing the work to be done, the project will cost, and when it will be completed.
Transparency
Each step of development and goal outlined in our contracts is outlined in detail in a Trello board that is shared with the client. This gives you a clear understanding of what is to be completed and when, as well as an opportunity to provide input along the way.
PREPARATION
Our team takes strict precautions when working with clients on their websites. First, a server side back up of the site is created. Then, a development server is spun where the changes are made. As milestones are completed, they are tested on the dev site to prevent errors and outages on the live site.
release
Once the product is tested and approved by both the development and QA teams, the client gets time to test the site on the test server and give final approval for release. On the day of release, the QA team will test the live site after release in case there are any unexpected issues to address.
REPORT
Upon project completion, each client receives a report with a summary of the work done as well as a list of actions that need to be done in order to maintain the site. This way they know what changes can and cannot be made in order to maintain the quality of the changes that were put in place.
